Research

My BHAG is to become an accountant and later on a financial advisor.

Why- I really enjoy planning and working with numbers. I also think I would enjoy helping others achieve their financial goals and help businesses succeed.

How-  In order to accomplish these goals, I plan to get a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance at Lamar University. Then get a masters in accounting. Then finally, take the CPA exam to become a Certified Public Accountant.

What- I will be able to prepare financial statements that are necessary to a business’s success and plan future business endeavors. 

During my time as a Lamar student, I plan to keep my grades and GPA high to ensure that I have a strong understanding of my future career while also showing future employers that I am a dedicated worker. As well as achieve my many personal goals while also growing as both a better person and student.
